I've spent years figuring out how to make meditation actually useful — not as a way to escape life, but as a tool to engage with it more fully. I live by a simple idea: sit still, pay attention to what comes up, then go do something about it. That's what I teach.

I'm based in the mountains of Virginia, and when I'm not meditating or coaching, you can usually find me outside.
